Marketing andGrowth Analyst
The role
Join Fygge in building the revolutionary AI-enabled investing app that adapts to you. Built around your values, your goals and the way you think about money, we offer a first-of-its-kind investing experience tailored specifically to you.
We are underpinned by a simple theory of change and building towards just that: we believe that if you Understand what your money is doing, and you Align it with what you care most about, you can Achieve your financial goals, and Contribute to a brighter future for all. There is nothing more powerful than an idea that has met its time, and we think the era of the empowered retail investor is here. We need your help to unlock that power.
As one of our first hires, you will sit between the founding team, our agencies and the numbers. Your job will be varied, but at its heart, you will be working closely with the founding team to reach the people who have been locked out of investing and bring them to Fygge, as we work together to deliver a world-class investing app.
Your central focus will be growth: search, content, social, paid, referrals, and the churches and partners who introduce us to their communities. One week you might build the tracking that shows which church event produced which investors, the next you might brief an agency on a campaign, rewrite a landing page for search, or work out why sign-ups from one channel never fund an account.
We are a small but growing team. At our core, we believe we have a responsibility to be optimistic for the future, and we are building something to realise exactly that. Our business and the investing we facilitate speak to the ancient Christian values of stewardship, wisdom, human dignity, responsibility and the common good. We want to re-enchant what it means to invest and tell the sort of story that gets you out of bed in the morning, charged by the day ahead.
What you’ll do
- Build the measurement: tracking on every channel, from church and partner codes to paid ads and referrals, and a clear report of what each customer costs to win.
- Own search: the technical health of our website, the searches we should win, and a small set of guides worth ranking for.
- Plan and run growth experiments through the waitlist, the beta and launch, and scale what works.
- Brief and manage our agencies and freelancers, and hold their work to the brand and to the numbers.
- Work with the founding team on the church and partner programme, and make it measurable.
- Build the journeys that take someone from the waitlist to a first investment, without pressure.
- Get every promotion approved before it goes out, and keep the log.
- Report to the founding team on what is working, what it costs and what to do next.
What you’ll bring
- You’ve worked in growth, performance marketing, marketing analytics or SEO, ideally for a consumer app or a fintech, and you can show the numbers behind what you did.
- You understand SEO properly: keyword research, technical SEO, content that ranks and deserves to, and how search is changing as more answers come from AI.
- You’re analytical. You can set up tracking and attribution, build a funnel from first visit to funded account, and read the cost of a customer by channel honestly.
- You run tests properly: a hypothesis, a measure set before the test starts, and the discipline to stop what isn’t working.
- You work well with agencies and partners. You write a clear brief, hold them to it, and know good work when you see it.
- You take things from “we should probably” to live, and you bring the founding team and our partners with you. There is no marketing team here yet.
- You use AI tools every day to research, write, analyse and build pages, and you know where they get things wrong.
- You’re careful with claims. Every advert and post for an investing app is a financial promotion, and you check a number before you publish it.
- You’re comfortable working on a product built around Christian values and reaching Christian communities. You don’t need to share those values.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a regulated financial product within the FCA’s financial promotions rules.
- Experience with analytics and attribution tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, GA4 or similar) and with the Meta, Google and TikTok ad platforms.
- Community-led or partnership marketing: churches, charities, creators, ambassadors or referral schemes.
- Lifecycle and email marketing: waitlists, onboarding sequences and re-engagement that respect the customer.
- Content strategy: a small set of guides people come back to, kept accurate and up to date.
- Enough technical skill to edit a website, build a landing page or write a simple script.
- 0→1 experience: you’ve grown something from its first users.
- A knowledge of the UK’s Christian communities, their churches, media and events.
What we offer
A salary set by experience, and share options through an EMI scheme once our seed round closes. You can work remotely or in a hybrid pattern from anywhere in the UK. You’ll join a small team building Fygge from the beginning, with real ownership of how the product works and the chance to set the patterns the next hires follow.
How we hire
We keep it simple.
- A conversation with the founder and the CTO
- A short practical exercise built on a real Fygge problem
- A final conversation with the team
We’ll tell you where you stand after each step.
